Bermondsey Spa

Engineer: Alan Conisbee and Associates
The Project: 4.5 acres of wasteland turned into private, shared ownership and affordable housing.
What we did: RC details to substructure and concrete frame to 9 blocks of flats to the new Bermondsey Spa regeneration programme using steelpac RCD to detail and Steelpac RCS was also used by the Engineers. The drawings where managed with Steelpac RDM and the rebar on site was managed through Steelpac Site.
