BIM at Constructive is a discipline in its own right, not an extension of architecture. We build and coordinate models across architecture, structure and MEP, federating every discipline into a single coordinated model, with clashes detected and resolved where they cost hours, in the model, not where they cost programme, on site.

Federated multi-discipline coordination

We develop and federate architectural, structural and MEP models into one coordinated environment. Cross-discipline clash detection runs continuously through design development, with clashes tracked, assigned and resolved in the model. The result is a single, reliable source of coordination truth that every trade builds from.

LOD 400+ execution models

Highly detailed models developed from validated design inputs, integrating precise geometry, structured data and fabrication-level information. We deliver LOD 400 as standard and LOD 500 where the programme demands operations-grade, as-built data. Our teams are fluent across BS, ACI and Eurocode standards, working in Revit, Tekla and AutoCAD.

Structural depth, connected to reinforcement

Our structural BIM connects directly to two decades of reinforcement capability: clash-free 3D rebar models, bar bending schedules and shop drawings to BS 8666 and ACI 318, coordinated inside the federated model rather than detached from it. Few BIM teams can carry a structure from coordinated model to fabrication-ready reinforcement data; ours does it as one workflow.

Digital twin ready, ISO 19650 managed

Deliverables are data-rich and structured for digital twin and smart building integration, aligned with open standards and interoperability frameworks. Information management is ISO 19650-compliant, and handover packages capture field-verified as-builts, asset registers, equipment data and O&M documentation, so every project is future-ready from day one.

Connected to the platform

Model data does not stop at coordination. Through the Digital Construction Cloud, validated model data flows onward into planning, fabrication, logistics and site execution, one digital thread from design intent to handover.
