MTR 810

The Project: MTR 810 , MTR XLR 810A terminus project in Kowloon, Hong Kong. The project will require 150,000 tonnes of reinforcement steel and 600,000 cubic meters of concrete.


Berg River Dam

The Project: Berg River, R550-million contract for the construction of the Berg River Dam, by the Trans Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA), which implements and funds infrastructure projects. The dam marks the start of the largest water infrastructure project in South Africa at present. Construction is due to start in July with delivery of the first water scheduled for 2007. The aim of the dam is to increase the Western Cape's water reserves by 18 percent.


Constitution Hill Super Basement

The Project: Constitution Hill Super Basement, The development created and sustains 1860 super-basement parking bays, bus and taxi holding and drop-off facilities, upgraded peripheral roads and internal streets, a visitors' information and exhibition centre, new museums and related heritage and tourism activities, approximately 200 rental residential units, community facilities and public open spaces.


Waste Recycling Plant

The Project: Waste Recycling Plant, US$45 mill engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCm) contract by Sasol Synfuels for a new waste recycling facility at Sasol’s Secunda operations, South Africa. This waste recycling facility, with a total investment value of US$75 mill, will be the first of its kind in Africa.


Killarney Mall

The Project: Killarney Mall, This includes the construction of approximately 5 500m² of additional retail space including a two level Edgars store and an additional 430 parking bays. The cost of this project is approximately R77m and is expected to yield an initial 11% return. The successful completion of the refurbishment and reconfiguration programme of Killarney Mall.
